The exciting bidding wars unfolded in Calcutta on Thursday, before the hammer last dropped in the India 2020 Premier League (IPL) player auction. It saw a whopping Rs 140.30 million as the squads of eight franchises took final form. Here’s how those lineups build up for the lucrative IPL Season 13.

The three times IPL Bangalore team finalists will once again be anxious to win the IPL trophy. The franchise probably has the best batting lineup of any team on paper, but their bowl disappointed them last season. They retained only 13 players, the lowest of any IPL team. Mumbai Indians Squad (MI) Team Squad 2020

The Mumbai Indians retained a total of 18 players in their IPL squad, including the core of the team, led by Captain Rohit Sharma. The main players who were retained are Hardik Pandya, Jasprit Bumrah, Krunal Pandya. Six foreign players were retained, including Kieron Pollard, Lasith Malinga and Quinton de Kock. The IPL inaugural champions have failed to reach any other end than the dream campaign of 2008. The franchise is looking forward to changing shifts this time.
